We were at our wits end when my husband was first diagnosed until we found this wonderful foundation called “CCAN” now known as “NCAN”. They have helped my family so much in the last four years from phone calls, to packets, to conferences, you name it. They helped us get on the right track and stay there. Maryann and Bob also run an annual “zebra walk” and our family travels from Florida, Connecticut and NY to be a part of this walk each year.
